Our Response to COVID-19 (We’re still here for you)

As of March 17, 2020 the Pregnancy Resource Center of Mountain Grove had to undergo some temporary changes in how we meet with clients in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

At this time, we want you to know that we are still here for you, we are just doing things a little differently in order to take measures to protect both our clients and staff.

*Update July 14, 2020:  We are now seeing all clients again in-person, as well as doing intakes in-person.  Sanitizing measures are still in place!

Current protocols for client visits (subject to change)

First, we are conducting new client intakes over the phone.  When you call or text, a staff member will talk to you, discuss any concerns you have and gather some information to determine when your in-person visit will take place.

If we schedule an appointment with you, we will keep the front door locked between appointments so that proper sanitizing measures can take place, and to have as few people in the office as possible, at once.

We are staying up to date on the current CDC and local government recommendations and abiding by the guidelines set forth by our Medical Director.

Distributing Supplies and Education

Our resources and supplies in our Baby and Mom Boutique are still available.  If you are in need of diapers and other supplies, please contact us and we will schedule a time for curbside pickup.

If you have other needs, please let us know as well.  We are learning creative ways to provide client education.  Many of our classes are available to stream online for free.

What to Remember During this Crisis

We know this is an incredibly stressful time whether you’re pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or you’re a new mom.

Whatever your worries or fears might be, we are here to talk and walk with you through these uncertain times.

We can be a support and be a listening ear and provide resources you might not realize are available to you.

There is much that is unknown about COVID-19, but the truth is the future is never certain in any season of life.  Make sure that you have factual information to help you make healthy choices for yourself, your baby and your family.

When you’re informed and you have the proper support, you can avoid making decisions based on panic or fear, which you might regret later.

Your physical, mental and spiritual health is important to us and our staff is just a phone call away whenever you need to talk.
